This processing model relates to the study of the specific needs of each potential insured in order to offer suitable contracts in the insurance sector

Purposes (1)

A purpose is the objective pursued by the setting up of your file. It indicates what the processing of personal data will be used for, its purpose. This purpose must be clear and understandable

Offer suitable contracts as part of the insurance distributor's obligation to provide advice
This involves studying the needs of potential policyholders, at their request, as part of the insurance distributor's obligation to provide advice. This obligation requires, on the one hand, specifying the requirements and needs of the prospective policyholder, and on the other hand, the reasons justifying the advice given for a given insurance product. In life insurance, the data controller must also ask the prospective policyholder about his or her financial situation and investment objectives, as well as his or her knowledge and experience in financial matters.
