This involves studying the needs of potential policyholders, at their request, as part of the insurance distributor's obligation to provide advice. This obligation requires, on the one hand, specifying the requirements and needs of the prospective policyholder, and on the other hand, the reasons justifying the advice given for a given insurance product.
