What we do with personal data?
We use the information we have collected for the following purposes:
- to carry out commercial prospecting operations on the basis of our legitimate interest in promoting our activity to a professional public (privacy pros essentialy),
- provide the services as described in our Terms of Use (ToU, in french "CGU") and our Terms of Services (ToS, in french "CGV)"), if applicable, on the basis of these contracts,
- respond to your requests for information, contact and unsolicited applications on our site on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with our visitors and prospects,
- to carry out statistics on our website and application on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving our website and application and its visibility,
- assess the satisfaction of our users based on our legitimate interest in improving our services,
- to improve and ensure the security of our site always on the basis of our legitimate interest to protect our website from possible computer attacks,
- respond to your application for a job offer published by Dastra on the basis of pre-contractual measures in order to take up a position,

We may share this information with our service providers as part of the performance of services. In particular, we host the data on the Microsoft Azure platform. We send our newsletters with Sendinblue. In all cases, we make every effort to obtain the maximum guarantees on compliance with data protection rules from our service providers.
How we store your personal data?
Your information is stored securely on servers located within the European Union (in France in particular). In the event that we need to transfer data outside the EU/EEA, we will ensure that we obtain the necessary guarantees to secure the transfer and provide the same level of protection as within the EU.

Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes. We hold your data for the duration of our contractual relationship if you have taken out a subscription that has been extended by five years for intermediate archiving for reasons of legal prescription (in particular, transaction data). Account information will be retained until you decide to delete your account. After a 18 months period of inactivity and without link with an organization, your account will be deleted. Unless you object, we keep your data for marketing purposes for three years from the last contact you made and the end of the contractual relationship, if applicable. We keep data relating to your browsing on our website for twenty-five months from the date of collection. In case of request for a right on your personal data, you may provide us an official identity document, we don't keep it after we ensure that we have no doubt about your identity. We will then delete your information from our servers.
