Store and manage your data breach notifications.
Document and centralize personal data breaches to which your data processing has been subject in an exportable register. Fill in new incident reports, notify affected people, and keep track of history to prevent new violations.
START FROM THE EXISTING
Whether or not the data breach has to be notified to the supervisory authority, the controller has the obligation to document all breaches, as required by Article 33.5 GDPR.
Article 33, 1 of the GDPR provides that notification of the data breach must take place as soon as possible and, if possible, no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it.
Each organization is unique. The Dastra Workflow tool adapts to the constraints of each entity and allows you to customize workflows adapted to the management of data breach notifications.
STEER AND SAVE TIME
To analyze and follow the evolution of notifications in their life cycle, a global and customizable dashboard allows you to manage your incident reports and learn from the past.
Dastra is the GDPR compliance tool for data-driven organizations.
Document and qualify data breach incidents
The general data protection regulation (GDPR) requires data controllers to internally document personal data breaches. With Dastra's incident reporting tool, you can qualify and detail each of these incidents in a simple, flexible and guided way, thereby keeping track of information related to violations.
Easily import, export and connect your data breaches
Whether you have ever been the subject of data breaches or not, easily import your incident reports by click and drop and let yourself be guided by the different steps provided for in our integration model. Export your notifications in structured format in two clicks or connect to our APIs to retrieve information from your other applications.
Collaborate, create tasks and follow their progress
If the incident constitutes a risk with regard to private life, you must notify the incident to the CNIL or to the persons concerned within a very short time. To help you meet deadlines, Dastra allows you to decouple your effort by separating work by creating tasks and assigning them to your employees. Thanks to the configurable deadlines by task, you can manage the progress and control the regulatory deadlines.
Build an audit trail
You can add comments, view and export your activity feed attached to your incident reports.
