Active base:
Data is retained for the technical duration of the check. Only data meeting the check criteria is retained for the duration of the procedure initiated with the employee.
Intermediate archiving:
Retention for the duration of the statute of limitations for a dispute with the employee
Data subject (1)
A data subject is any person whose data is collected, retained or processed by the data processing. e.g. In a recruitement process, any candidate for a position proposed in recruitement management process
