Data relating to the identity of the pupil is kept for the duration of his/her schooling at the establishment. The biometric templates of the hand contour associated with a personal access code are kept for the duration of the school year. If a person leaves the establishment or is disenrolled from the school catering service during the year, the biometric data is erased in the week following his/her departure or disenrollment.
