In particular, this concerns processing intended to improve all products and services outside the procedure provided for research within the framework of the Health Data Hub (article 41 of the law relating to the organization and transformation of the healthcare system - July 2019).It is not intended to individually modify the contractual rights of individuals. It is intended, for example, to help improve contract management processes (e.g. reducing the number of documents to be provided...).
