Processing carried out for the exercise of official authority and for compliance with legal obligations under the Employment and Training Act 1973, Welfare Reform Act 2012, and relevant local authority duties under the Local Government Act 1972. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(e) UK GDPR (public task/official authority) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligation).
